Whip together and let soak overnight in a sealed container
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1 egg
- Any type of small mushrooms

In separate bowl
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of dry parsley
- 1 tablespoon of dry basil
- 1 tablespoon of dry cilantro
- 1 teaspoon dry cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon dry dill weed
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dry ground cloves
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of dry parsley
- 1 tablespoon of dry basil
- 1 tablespoon of dry cilantro
- 1 teaspoon dry cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon dry dill weed
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dry ground cloves
Mix all ingredients together in medium mixing bowl. Pull each mushroom from egg, wine and beer mixture and drop into powder batter, back into liquid and than back into batter. Deep fry until mushrooms rise to the top of fryer.
